- The artist created a sense of depth, space, and form in this sculpture. They made the sculpture to have the same characteristics as a real lion. The fur on the lion gives the sculpture a sense of depth and it adds to the realism effect the artist created.

3.Explain what you have learned using wire mesh on your sculpture of a small animal
or insect and how it will help you create your final wire mesh sculpture.

- I learned that wire mesh may take time to get used to, but it is also easy to bend and manipulate to other forms. Creating the insects gave me an idea of what I would be working with for the final project and taught that you should focus on small parts of the project then build it up from there.
